Ingredients: chilled beef meat, Lebanese sumac, onion, vegetable oil, pines, spices.


Preparation Method:

Heat oven on 175C, remove Kubba tray from freezer, brush it with oil and put it in oven for 45 to 60 minutes.

Remove and enjoy eating it. To be served with side yoghurt.
