Ingredients: Vine leave, rice, parsley, tomato, onion, olive oil, lemon, pomegranate, spices.

 

Preparation Method:

In a cooking pot, place sliced round tomatoes, top with stuffed frozen Vine Leaves in a circle way, add olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate syrup and salt, pepper to taste, cover with Vine Leaves sheets, top with heat resistant plate, add water to plate level. Put on fire, reduce heat to low when boiling, simmer for 90 to 120 minutes while monitoring.
